Please note that prices quoted are correct at the time of going to press but may vary due to market fluctuation. We will Endeavour to advise of any price variations prior to contract. All payments by cheque and postal order are required to be made in sterling. Prepayment with all orders. Please cross cheques/postal orders and make payable to:

Please forward cheque (quote cheque card number) /postal order with transaction number (no cash please). Credit card payment: we are happy to accept payment by credit card from all our customers-minimum order however must be £10.00. We accept:

Visa/Barclaycard, Access/Mastercard, American Express, Switch

Until goods have been fully paid for, they remain the property of this company.

We shall do our very best to get your order to you within 10 working days of receiving your order, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Any goods out of stock at the time of ordering will be despatched as soon as possible. Please give your telephone number, if any, and use appropriate catalogue number when completing your order form. All goods are despatched 2nd class/post paid. If goods are required 1st class/urgently please ring for details on postage charges.

Goods must be checked on receipt and we must be notified of losses or damages within three days of delivery.

We receive very few complaints but record all problems and try to use this feedback in a postive manner..
