Can I place an order over the phone?

Do I have to use a credit card to place an order on astrosales.biz?
No: there are other ways to pay; by cheque or by postal order. Please cross and make payable to "Armagh Planetarium"

What happens if the item is out of stock?
It will be dispatched to you as soon as it is back in stock.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order by phone, fax or email. We need to know the full details of the order: including date of submission, how it was transmitted (i.e. email, phone, fax etc.), and the details of contents of the order.

What is your refund policy ?
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty or arriving in anything less than perfect condition, please advise us IMMEDIATELY. You will then receive instructions regarding return of the item, a free replacement or refund. All items leave our premises in perfect condition, so please do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged. You must contact Armagh Planetarium before returning any item.
